Current Sky Events
July

The Earth is at its farthest point from the Sun on the 6th.  Venus is getting brighter but is has a lower orbit in the western sky..  Venus approaches Mars as Mars approaches Saturn.  Low in the west an hour after sunset in the final days of July, Mars passes below Saturn and is the dimmer of the two.
